SET 2 can build & supply anything from the smallest single item to a full film set, constructed to your specification & work with the clients to accommodate their budget. The project can either be built in our fully equipped workshop and transported to location, where our team of fully professional staff will fit the set and supply the finishing touches.
We have a fully equipped workshop which allows us to build sets from wood, steel or acrylic, with our own separate art and decorating department. Set2 work across the UK and internationally, guaranteeing a high satisfaction with every job we undertake.
Our project procedure is to firstly meet face to face with our client, working to make a package to fit the time scale and budget, to achieve a final design. Drawings supplied by our in-house draftsman. Fabricate set in workshop, with all aspects of the set pre fitted in the workshop so our client can meet myself and the project manager to check before leaving for site. Transport to site and fit, stand-by and strike. Transport to storage or back to workshop to be recycled.

Carpentry Services
With our fully equipped Carpentry Department our staff are fully capable of building a single flat to an entire set no matter how large. Including CNC Cutting, Edge Banding, Laminate Pressing and all finishing.
Steelwork
Our steelwork department can provide full steel fabrication from a lightweight frame to a fully structural concept with in-house rolling machine and laser cutting. We also supply a powder coat finish and all structural calculations can be provided as & when required.
Painting & Decoration
Our team of scenic artists & set painters are fully experienced in their own field to give the best possible finishes. This ranges from textured finishes, graining, general set paint finish, flat cloth finish, full size back drops, marbling, ageing down, gold leaf work, set decoration of paper & fabrics.
Steel Deck Hire
We hold a large quantity of stock units of steel fabricated staging in variable sizes, to create the size stage to require and a full selection of legs to give you the required height. All equipment is available for hire on a long or short term basis, or alternatively to buy. We can also supply a crew to deliver and fit on site if required.
Transport
SET 2 can offer a high standard of transport services from a small van to a 40ft trailer. We can also supply a Man & Van for prop collections from any of the prop houses. We have a large secure, dry warehouse based in London for storage of sets whilst they are not in use.
